EOAC Kenya is an Agricultural center, established in October 2016 and located in the Village of Tswaka, Kidimu, Kwale County, Coastal Region of Kenya.

The business is owned by a British African family inspired to "Feeding the People and Reducing Poverty in Africa"

EOAC’s vision to “Becoming the largest Horticulture and Cuniculture Production Company in the Coastal Region of Kenya; Provide Food & Employment to Reduce the Starvation Gap in Africa” are some of the company’s primary objectives.

WHO WE ARE?

EOAC’s vision to, “Becoming the largest Horticulture and Cuniculture Production Company in the Coastal Region of Kenya”, is set-upon a foundation of 4 key values, which define ‘who we are’ as a Company.

EOAC empowers its People (our Employees) in delivering Customer satisfaction through Quality Customer Experience and Product. Ensuring, the Customer has Trust in our consistence approach to achieving Reliability.

1. Our People: EOAC values its Employees and invest time and resources in ensuring that we have the right and equipped member of the EOAC family to ‘Put a smile on the face of Our Customers’. It’s also our culture that Employees value one another in general practices of Operations at the Farm. Each Employee acts with Integrity and treats each other with Respect.
2. Our Customer: EOAC will not be a successful business without its Customers and we are keen to ‘Put a smile on the face of Our Customers’. We continue to understand needs and demands, we learn from pervious Customers Experiences and use all the information gathered to refresh our Business (Operations) Strategy. In our short period of Operations, we understand - Our Customer wants, good Quality Product, at a Competitive Price and delivered in a Timely manner.
3. Striving to Quality: We strive for quality in everything we do, from work delivered by Our People, to the Production of Our Products. Delivering consistence quality is a continuous challenge which EOAC is committed to take head-on, in order to ‘Put a smile on the face of Our Customers’.
4. Ensuring Reliability: EOAC is in the business of Food Supply, how can we achieve this business mandate if we cannot consistently deliver the product at the time the Customer requires it? We put substantial amount of efforts in our Operations and Production to ensure that Our Customer takes us as a reliable supplier of specific set of Agriculture products. With this focus in mind we endeavour to ‘Put a smile on the face of Our Customers’.

WHAT WE DO?

With our aspirations of being the largest Horticulture and Cuniculture Farm in the Coastal Regional of Kenya, EOAC has a business focus of

1. Employing People: Supporting the means of Economic Development in Africa through Employment and Development in People. At EOAC, we see our Employees as a vital part in achieving the Company’s vision and objectives. Therefore, we endeavor to treat each Employee as an individual and a valuable member of the EOAC family.
2. Horticulture and Cuniculture: To contribute, as a supplier to the global food demand, EOAC is developing and perfecting its Agricultural Science in extensive Cultivation, Production, Processing and Distribution of Agricultural products. With currently over 20 acres under production, EOAC understands the global demand needs and has opened its doors to innovation and partnership with stern contributors.
3. Sustainable Agriculture: We are developing into being the Production Hub for the South Coastal Region of Kenya. Investing and working with small scale farms (as Out-growers) to develop their businesses and contribute towards meeting the world-wide increase in food demand and reducing the employment GAP in Africa.
